All orders are processed within 5–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days.

Local Delivery

Free delivery is available for Australian orders over $400 AUD.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery to selected countries worldwide.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check your delivery status.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team at service@fgtslzm.com with your name and order number. We will be happy to assist you.
